Explore and Enhance Your Abilities!
Students: Community-Based Learning gives you the opportunity to gain valuable experience, explore career directions, develop global citizenship skills, give back to the community, and apply and explore personal and academic interests. Come visit us and learn about internship, service-learning and community service opportunities!
• Explore current internships positions at eRecruiting!
• View a list of service-learning courses! Distinct from internships, service-learning is a classroom-linked exposure to careers and social, environmental and cultural issues being addressed in the real world rather than a capstone experience at the end of your studies.
• Explore current community service opportunities! We offer meaningful community service programming that links you with local K-12 students to be a mentor or tutor and annual days of service. We also have strong relationships with many community organizations addressing a wide variety of issues.

MLK Day of Service
What is the MLK Day of Service?
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. once said, "Life's most persistent and urgent question is: 'What are you doing for others?'"
Each year, Americans across the country answer that question by coming together on the King Holiday to serve their neighbors and communities.
Join us as we celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with a day of service on Monday, January 20, 2014.
Visit mlkday.gov to learn more
